  1. P.d.f Word 2016 For Mac Free Download

Hi all, Our company is using the following font for most of our communications: Since we've upgraded most people to Office 2016 on Mac and PC, we've seen that the font family in it's entirety wasn't working Office 2016 (we had a really, really old version that was downloaded and kept on our servers for more than a decade, from another source than the one previously mentioned). I found the website previously mentioned, which had an updated font on it. Downloaded it on my Mac, and all seemed to work fine.

I did a test document with every single font in the family, installed the same fonts on a Windows 10 computer, and opened it up: The fonts don't look the same! Mac seems to 'fatten' the font up (or Windows slims it down, whichever one). I've taken two screenshots of what the font look like on each OS. Could someone help me figure out why this is happening, and if there is a way to solve it? Fonts on Word 2016 for Mac: Fonts on Word 2016 for PC: Thanks everyone:). Hi AlexPilon, Based on your description, the meaning of PC is Office for Windows? I tested your problem in my environment but I don't have your fonts for Windows and MAC.

I tested common fonts between MAC and Windows, and there is no much difference. I suggest you read this article and check if this is the reason for you problem.

What you provided does not solve my issue. As for you saying ' but I don't have your fonts for Windows and MAC', I provided the link in my original post for where the fonts could be downloaded from. I read the link you provided, which says nothing about fonts not looking the same; it's just talking about line spacing between paragraphs and default font size. Also, just to specify for the test I did: The screenshots I posted in my original post come from the SAME document.

The document was initially created on Word 2016 for Mac, saved, and opened on Word 2016 for Windows. It's not even a copy of the document, it's the exact same one. And to make sure the font itself is not problematic, I opened two specific fonts (from this family that differ from platform to platform when opened in Word) using Mac's Font Book and Windows' default font viewer in Explorer.and the fonts look exactly the same, at the same size.

So it's really a problem with the Office suite not interpreting the fonts properly. Could I get feedback from someone specializing in Office and/or fonts if at all possible?
